Refunds and cancellations
What happens if plans change — yours or ours.
Effective July 30, 2026
Before your child's first session
Changed your mind? If you ask before your child attends their first session on a new package, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Ask within 7 days of paying.
Once a pass has started
Session packs: we refund unused sessions at the price you paid per session, if you ask within 30 days of buying the pack.
Time passes (monthly and similar) are not refunded part-way through, because the price assumes a month of access rather than a per-session rate. If something significant has changed for your family — a move, a long illness, a clash with another commitment — talk to us. We would rather find a fair answer than lose a family over a technicality.
Missed sessions
A session your child misses is not refunded. Tell us in advance and we will try to slot in a make-up session where there is space, which is usually the better outcome for your child anyway.
Injury and illness
For an injury or illness that keeps your child out for two weeks or more, we will pause a time pass and add the lost time back on, or extend a session pack’s expiry. Just let us know while it is happening rather than afterwards — we can adjust a pass that is still running much more easily than one that has already expired.
When we cancel
If we cancel a session, you do not lose it. We will either run a make-up session or extend your pass by the time lost. If we cannot offer either within a reasonable period, we refund the value of the cancelled sessions.
This covers weather, an unsafe court, a facility closure and coach emergencies alike — the reason does not change what you are owed.
Expired passes
A pass that has run out of time or sessions is not refunded. Our renewal reminders are sent a few days ahead precisely so an expiry is never a surprise, and if one slips past while you were away, tell us and we will usually extend it once.
If we end a registration
Where we end a registration on behavior grounds, we refund unused sessions or the unused part of a pass, except in cases of serious misconduct — for example deliberately hurting another child, or abuse directed at a coach — where we do not.
How to ask, and how you get paid back
Send us a note through the feedback formor ask a coach at the court. Tell us your child’s name, roughly when you paid, and what you would like to happen. We will reply within 3 business days.
Card payments are refunded to the card you used, and take about 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank. Zelle and Venmo payments go back to the same account. If you would rather keep the value with us as credit against a future package, say so — it is quicker.
Please come to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee, and there is almost nothing a bank can settle that a two-minute conversation with a coach cannot.
